About Jim Crotwell:

After graduating from Westmont College in 1990 with a BA in History and Chapman University in 1992 with a MA in Education I began my career teaching and coaching in Anaheim and later in Newport Beach. I transitioned into the Real Estate industry in 2004. I began my real estate career as a Sales Rep for Southland Title in North Orange County and built a Top Producing Sales Team. In 2008 I transitioned into the management, training, coaching and consulting side of real estate. In 2010 I joined Keller Williams Pacific Estates (Long Beach, CA) and worked as the Lead Buyers Agent for the #1 Top Producing Team. In 2013 I became the Team Leader for Keller Williams Whittier and by 2017 recruited over 200 agents and built the market center into the #1 office in the surrounding area. Currently I am the Team Leader at the Keller Williams Carlsbad/North San Diego County market center, the Operating Principal for the Keller Williams Whittier market center and a Partner & Coach for GPS real estate group.

After an successful career in International Sales and Marketing in the Consumer Products Industry, I begin my Real Estate Career in 2004. Where I became Rookie of the Year and built my business into a Multi-Million dollar producing agent in South Orange County. With a passion for marketing, in 2016, I created SoCal Marketing Possibilities to help agents build their local brands and expand their business through local social media tactics.  I am the Director of Productivity at the Keller Williams Mission Viejo Market Center, the Founder of SoCal Marketing Possibilities and a Partner & Lead Agent for GPS real estate group.
